How do I change my Meditech password? ›

When first accessing Meditech, enter your Meditech USER ID. You will be provided with a single use password = PASSWORD1 (type in CAPS). Use that to begin the log in process, you will be flagged that the password is a one-time use password, and you must choose a new one. Hit the enter key.

Password help- click on "forgot your password" to reset. If resetting by email; check ECHCA email address to reset password. Assignments must be completed by the assigned deadline. Note: HealthStream is on the Eastern time zone.

Enter the email address you used to sign up for My Benefits. A link will be sent to your email address to reset your password. The reset link expires within one hour after the password reset request is made.

From the TUI main menu, select Change SSMC Administrator User Password. This helps to change the SSMC administrator user password ( ssmcadmin ).

Reset password

If you've forgotten your password we can send a new one to the e-mail address you used to register. After logging in with this new password you will be able to change it by going to the right hand menu > Settings.
